The pieces are limited in number. Our products are limited editions to a certain number of units. Editions limited to one unit per customer. Once the sale of each edition is finished, it will no longer be available. For any questions about availability of our products, please contact us. Different orders using the same email, name, or shipping information will be considered invalid and will be canceled.

We ship internationally using DHL, our shipping provider. If the country where you want to ship is not available, please contact us through play@anshkumar.art.

Listed prices for the limited editions are exclusive of shipping. Shipping rates are determined based in the artwork size, weight, and the destination address. We will confirm all shipping costs before finalising your sale. There is no minimum order amount.

All confirmed orders will be immediately charged and delivered as soon as possible vía expedited service at no extra charge, unless otherwise stated, and typically within 30-90 bussiness days, depending on the destination address. Deliveries in India usually arrive within 3-4 working days. Deliveries to EU countries, US, Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Asia might take 7-9 additional days. You will be notified, and will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Buyers are responsible for the information that implies when they place the order. The additional shipping costs, caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address, are the sole responsibility of the final customer. Refunds, if issued, are made in 10-15 working days as per discussion to the bank account associated.

The assembly of our products should be carried out by a qualified person, as the piece may fall and cause damage to people or objects if it’s not correctly installed. If you are uncertain, contact your local specialized retailer. Misuse by the user of our products can cause damage to people, objects or the piece itself.

Our limited editions may contain small objects our cause or injure children. Falling objects could lead to serious injuries. Please, make sure that children don't play with them. For a better conservation of our products, do not place them outside and do not expose them to direct sunlight.

What are your shipping conditions?Shipping and delivery details shall be discussed once the order is placed. Shipping rates are determined based on the artwork size, weight, and place of delivery. We will confirm shipping costs before finalizing your sale. There is no minimum order amount. Please keep in mind import taxes of country of destiny may apply during customs clearance. We will endeavour to ship the order within 7-10 business days. Shipments may vary depending on the country. You will receive tracking information to the email once your order is shipped.

What is the Manual Method of payment?Manual Method of payments is to help collectors to have flexibility in the mode of payment and more importantly connect with the artist directly to make the sale. Human connections are integral for us and we love to talk to all our collectors and collaborators.

How is the authenticity proven?Each piece comes with a technical label numbered and signed by the artist and a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) numbered and signed by the artist.

How do I make a loss/damage claim?For general shipping questions, or if your package is stolen or lost, please contact provided shipping details, our shipping provider. If your package is unable to be found by the shipping provider, reach us at play@anshkumar.art. In case the artwork is damaged, the shipping insurance will cover the damage. In that case, get in touch with us and we will assist you. Buyers are responsible for the information that implies when they place the order. The additional shipping costs, caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address, are the sole responsibility of the final customer. We can not be held liable for any additional costs during customs clearance.

How are the artworks named?All artworks are named with a special number representing the artwork. More details ship with the artwork. The names are surely not random.
